New Binocle 3D rigs are equipped with motorized tilt adjustment

Though the great focus provided by BINOCLE 3D in pairing zoom lenses and cameras while performing, mechanical distortions of the rigs-cameras set and, in particular, torsion of mirror used to generate frequent disparities between two images. Then, the stereograph corrected it by setting rigs manually. Now BINOCLE 3D has integrated a tilt adjustment system, fully motorized and driven from the new remote control RCR 3D. Today, this equipment enables to correct the problems related to the 3 following parameters: difference in raising the two cameras, tilt (vertical axis) and roll, defect in horizontal axis. These « 100 % remote control » adjustment equipment, located on one of the two modules, is fully worthwhile when the rig is mounted on crane and thus, difficult to access to. Now BINOCLE 3D rigs Brigger I and III are equipped as standard with motorized tilt adjustment system which offers a true handling flexibility and, in particular time saving which is really appreciated at the filming stage.
